Interesting article, the problem of today of course is that there are so many competitors offering the same product: the room, and the only thing that could a couple of years ago differentiate a hotel from another was the extra facilities and services such as free internet in the room. But today they all offer the same services. The only thing possible now is the relationship between the hotel and the customer, that is the main point hoteliers need to keep working on to differentiate themselves on the market, through strong communication, and marketing strategies.
